How's your self-care game?
Do you struggle to slow down, relax, and take the time to take care of yourself?
Are you too busy taking care of everyone else to focus on your needs?
People endure...
anxiety and depression,
extreme hot flashes & night sweats, painful and irregular periods,
diarrhea and constipation,
headaches, tension,
lack of mental clarity,
and fatigue every day
...and they don't have to!
Hello, and welcome to
North Shore Acupuncture & Wellness

I'm Abigail, and my favorite thing to do is help people reduce stress, take control of their health, and feel better in their bodies!
I especially love providing mental-emotional support for those suffering from anxiety and/or depression, and hormone regulation for those suffering from menopausal symptoms and menstrual complaints (PMS, cramping & pain, irregular cycles, etc).

Every day I meet people stressed to the max, drained, and over-doing it. And unfortunately their health suffers as a result.

It's easy to get caught in the vicious cycle of experiencing health symptoms, which become stressful, compounded by everyday stress, which then further strains our physical and mental health and exacerbates symptoms!

Let's interrupt that cycle and start healing. Your body knows how to heal. Sometimes we just have to give it a nudge in the right direction, and give it the time and space to do what it needs to do.

Acupuncture helps switch your body into that healing mode. With the right treatment plan and lifestyle modifications, it gets easier and easier for your body to flip into this healing state.

Let's focus on managing stress, healing,
and feeling great in your body!
